Guest Safety Information

Your safety is paramount to us, so we have taken a range of measures to ensure your safety at all times.

For the wellbeing of our guests and staff, we will be strictly adhering to recommended guidelines. Please follow the distancing and hygiene guidelines we have put in place in order to safely look after yourself, our staff and our other guests.

We are doing continuous training with our team on returning to work to keep our guests safe. These include:

  • All our staff have been given detailed training in all aspects of maintaining the highest level of hygiene standards.
  • Staff temperature check at the start of shift
  • Social distancing procedures and signage in place
  • Hand sanitiser stations located throughout the hostel
  • Guidance on the use of protective equipment as necessarry.

Hygiene Crew

We have always had a strong commitment to cleanliness in the hostel. We have now added an additional hygiene crew working additional hours to ensure all touch points throughout the hostel are sanitised with antiviral disinfectant. These include doors, switches, handles, counters, pay points etc at least once per hour.

Reception

We have installed front desk screens, contactless payment up to €50, pre-payment options, hand sanitiser stations located throughout the hostel, sanitised key-cards

Check-in Procedure

Please adhere to social distancing measures in place when checking in. We ask when checking in with a group, that only one member of the group comes to reception and checks in for everyone.

Guest Rooms

All touch points in the room are sanitised with antiviral disinfectant. Linen laundered in accordance to HSE guidelines. New housekeeping protocols have been put in place.

Common Areas

Additional cleaning of high touch surfaces, social distancing, and best practices for all public areas and facilities.

We have re-arranged all our common areas to ensure physical distancing guidelines are adhered to.
